Requirements

• Previous experience in an Executive/Personal Assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office Suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Providing admin support to the marketing team
• A positive, can-do attitude where no task is too small

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the CEO's diary and email, ensuring seamless coordination
• Process expenses and ensure timely invoice payments
• Organize detailed travel and accommodation itineraries and bookings for the CEO
• Provide proactive support to the CEO, managing both professional and personal tasks
• Facilitate hiring processes, including candidate screening and coordination
• Support marketing initiatives by handling delegated tasks
• Track outstanding tasks, provide updates, and ensure objectives are achieved efficiently

• ��30,000 - £40,000 salary per annum, depending on experience
