The schedule is 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Manila Time, with a salary of P400 per hour (4 hours a day). ConnectOS is a Great Place to Work certified company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the CEO's email accounts to ensure timely responses and proper prioritization
  • Draft, review, and organize correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Filter and flag important messages requiring immediate attention
  • Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedules across four ventures, ensuring seamless time management
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments, and provide detailed daily briefings
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose effective solutions
  • Research and implement new systems or tools to streamline operations and improve organization
  • Ensure proper training and onboarding for any new tools introduced
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing feedback and suggestions on key decisions
  • Conduct research and prepare materials for strategic initiatives or meetings
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Handle personal tasks or errands as required to support the CEO’s productivity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Project Management Tools
  • Familiarity with Notion and/or Air Table
