Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative positions
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including meeting arrangements and travel logistics
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and employees, clients, and partners
- Assist in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Maintain a filing system and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferable
