Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, project management tools (Asana, Trello), and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks
  • Organize appointments, meetings, and conferences across time zones, proactively addressing scheduling conflicts
  • Draft and manage emails, presentations, and reports, ensuring consistency and professionalism
  • Create, organize, and maintain digital records using cloud-based platforms
  • Plan detailed travel itineraries, including bookings and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action item lists, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Assist in managing special projects by tracking timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
  • Support hybrid work operations, including vendor coordination and equipment management
