Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify business leads and growth opportunities
  • Follow up proactively on tasks for employees, clients, and brands, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals
  • Maintain strict attention to unresponsive contacts, team check-ins, and operational needs
  • Manage meeting, event, and photo shoot schedules, coordinating with photographers and vendors to ensure smooth logistics
  • Keep calendars organized, conflict-free, and timely for appointments and follow-ups
  • Be proactive in addressing scheduling conflicts and event needs
  • Handle email and calendar management, ensuring inbox zero and prompt responses
  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense management, and CRM data entry (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Maintain accurate customer information and assist with project summaries and research
  • Use project management tools like Linear to track tasks, prioritize deadlines, and ensure milestones are achieved
  • Delegate tasks as needed, maintaining oversight to ensure project progress
  • Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials
  • Support Shopify operations, including product updates and customer inquiries
