Requirements
- Ability to produce error-free work and spot inconsistencies in documentation and processes
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining clarity and focus
- Skilled in creating effective organisational systems, particularly tailored for individuals with ADHD, to simplify workflows and improve accessibility
- Anticipate needs and upcoming deadlines, providing solutions and support without needing direction
- Familiarity with tools like Xero, calendar management software, AI meeting notes tools, and collaborative platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise effectively with team members and external partners
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain documentation; implement systems that are intuitive and accessible for the team
- Join calls, review AI-generated meeting notes, and extract action points for follow-up by the team and myself
- Maintain my calendar, ensuring all tasks, deadlines, and priorities are accounted for and reminders are in place
- Conduct detailed travel research to support the development of new trips, including logistics, accommodations, and activities
- Prepare professional documents using templates, ensuring accuracy and a polished presentation
- Identify and implement ways to streamline workflows, ensuring the team operates more efficiently
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally, managing correspondence with external partners and internal teams
- Reconcile expenses in Xero and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, organising files, and managing ad hoc requests
- Act as the main point of contact for partnerships and external businesses, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
