Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a high-output founder or C-suite executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished approach
  • Highly responsive across email, Slack, and phone, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Strong judgment in prioritizing tasks, managing information flow, and scheduling meetings efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
  • Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act autonomously under pressure
  • Thrives in ambiguity, quickly identifying solutions and clearing obstacles before they reach the executive level
  • Adaptable and able to pivot quickly, navigating shifting priorities with ease
  • Proficiency with Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and manage the C-suite’s calendar, optimizing time allocation for strategic priorities while minimizing distractions
  • Act as a key communication bridge, ensuring critical information flows seamlessly across teams, investors, and external stakeholders via Slack, email, and Telegram
  • Own complex travel, itineraries, and event logistics, ensuring seamless execution for high-priority engagements and minimizing friction
  • Conduct research, compile information, and support key meetings with notes and follow-ups
  • Draft, edit, and refine communications, presentations, and documents with attention to detail
  • Interface with external partners, investors, and stakeholders for scheduling and coordination
  • Handle sensitive data with discretion while managing expenses, administrative tasks, and ad hoc projects
