Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in technology or corporate environments
- Proven success managing busy calendars, inboxes, and complex travel in a remote setting
- Tech-savvy, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong relationship-building skills across levels and functions
- A calm, poised demeanor—even under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones
- Proactively coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are organized and accessible
- Organize domestic and international travel including itineraries, accommodations, and special arrangements
- Draft and manage executive communications with professionalism and confidentiality
- Track action items and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution of key projects
- Support strategic initiatives by gathering information, conducting research, and preparing reports
- Liaise with key stakeholders across departments and assist in cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain discretion with sensitive information and apply sound judgment in all interactions
- Occasionally support virtual team-building activities, events, and leadership offsites
