Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong exposure to digital marketing or working within a marketing-focused team, agency, or start-up β€” a clear understanding of marketing workflows and priorities is highly desirable
  • Comfortable using and learning digital tools, including project management systems, content calendars, and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social scheduling tools, or CRM systems)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, especially when supporting campaigns or time-sensitive projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit documents, emails, and presentations to a high standard
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across marketing and business functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proactive, can-do mindset β€” ready to take ownership and support on both routine and high-impact tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise the Director’s schedule and inbox, ensuring optimal time management across meetings and commitments
  • Oversee expense submissions and invoice processing to ensure timely payments and financial accuracy
  • Plan and book travel and accommodation for business trips, including detailed itineraries
  • Provide proactive assistance across both business and occasional personal matters to support the Director effectively
  • Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and coordinating with recruitment partners
  • Assist with marketing initiatives by completing delegated tasks that help drive campaign delivery and team efficiency
  • Monitor progress on key tasks, follow up where needed, and help ensure goals are met on time
