Requirements
- Solid experience in a global company, and at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (or PA) to one or several senior-level executives
- Experience working in a heavily English-speaking environment
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- High energy and a true βservice soul,β always aiming to exceed expectations
- A great coordinator, with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to be entrusted with confidential information and be discreet and diplomatic
- Comfort serving executives whose normal working hours are 7am-5pm Pacific Standard Time // 11am-9pm BR time
- Creativity, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Fluent spoken and written business English
- Ability to thrive working with international teams and fluency in remote-working office tools (Google Suite preferred)
Responsibilities
- Inbox management (global executive)
- Coordinate calendar and scheduling of meetings
- Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.)
- Reporting of expenses for travel and external meetings
- Create material and presentations for internal and external meetings
- Assist the Americas Leadership Team with administrative tasks
- Assist with arrange, book and administrate conferences and events for the Americas Leadership Team

Experience from the hospitality industry or similar
