Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office) and scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Limassol office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and other needs
- Act as a member of the HR team for 50% of your time to help them keep track of employee records, onboarding, benefits and guidance for more than 160 LearnWorlders
- Work closely with internal teams such as Finance ie. invoices and provider payments
- Plan and organize team events, meetings, and activities
- Handle office budget tracking and reporting
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are executed
- Assist with administrative tasks for the CEO as required
- Coordinate communication and workflows between the CEO and other departments or stakeholders
- Support other C-level executives as needed with scheduling, travel planning, and correspondence
- Help prepare reports and process documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
