Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role, with a focus on operations or management

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and prioritizing inquiries
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including office management, facilities coordination, and vendor management
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and operational goals, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Manage and track the progress of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues or roadblocks
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations for executive review
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and company functions
  • Handle logistics such as venue selection, catering, and guest arrangements to ensure successful event execution
  • Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and procurement of office supplies
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team and operational needs
