  • Discretion and confidentiality, as they are essential in this role
  • Ability to travel and perform physically demanding tasks as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Assist with project management, ensuring that business objectives are met and timelines are adhered to
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Support the CEO in preparing for meetings, including research, agenda setting, and follow-up tasks
  • Organize and manage personal commitments, including those related to family, household, and social obligations
  • Handle household financial management, including budgeting, bill payments, and financial planning
  • Oversee household infrastructure needs, such as home maintenance, transportation, and pet care
  • Assist with non-business related leadership roles and commitments, including involvement in non-profit organizations like Unite America
  • Run personal errands as needed, which may require travel and physical activity
  • Provide general administrative support in managing personal legal, tax, and financial matters
  • Offer occasional childcare support during work hours, as necessary
