Join Infopro Learning as an Executive Sales Coach for an immediate, ad hoc contract opportunity! This remote position, open to candidates in Indonesia, requires Bahasa proficiency. You will provide virtual coaching to senior sales executives in the IT industry, focusing on competencies like Deal Shaping and Strategic Account Management. The role demands significant experience in C-suite executive positions or sales leadership, with a focus on enterprise-level technology sales. Coaching experience and knowledge of the IT hardware business are essential. The contract's utilization is flexible, averaging 4-24 hours per month.
Requirements
- Must have held a C-suite level executive position or been a Sales Director, SVP/VP of Sales or SVP/VP of Strategic Account Management for at least 3 years
- Experience with Enterprise Level Technology Sales (either from the Seller or Buyer side)
- 3 years in a position directing sales or purchasing
- Experience in industry verticals of Finance, Media and Technology, Public Sector, Healthcare or Manufacturing
- Strong one-on-one executive coaching experience
- Experience with long relationship selling
- Knowledge of the IT hardware business (computers, laptops, printers, etc.)
Responsibilities
Provide virtual coaching in Sales and Strategic Account Management-related competencies to senior sales executives in the IT industry with a focus on Deal Shaping, Customer Relationship Strategy, Negotiations, Business Case Development, Technology Selling, and Closing
Preferred Qualifications
- Coaching certification
- Desired Expertise in one or more of these areas: Deal Management, Executive Engagement, Market and Vertical Strategies, Strategic Relationship Management
