This W-2 full-time contract offers flexibility for remote work and full benefits, including unlimited PTO. The role requires a deep understanding of executive search and the ability to design innovative sourcing strategies. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple searches and provide consultative expertise on talent market trends. Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in retained executive search or senior-level recruiting, with a focus on sourcing for technical and professional roles
- Industry Knowledge: Background in industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred; familiarity with automotive/industrial talent needs is a strong plus
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and high-caliber candidates
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data, adjust sourcing strategies, and provide competitive insights
- Diversity Commitment: Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting diverse candidates
- Independence: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently, with occasional travel as required
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison with client hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the executive search process
- Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify top executive, technical, and professional candidates within the automotive and related sectors
- Develop outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and provide a white-glove, personalized candidate experience
- Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis with a strong focus on diversity to broaden the talent pool
- Maintain and manage a robust talent pipeline, leveraging CRM, ATS, and other sourcing platforms to support current and future hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple executive searches, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide consultative expertise on talent market trends and search strategies, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency
