Requirements
- 7+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience, 3+ years of experience in B2B Customer retention required
- Expert in end-to-end omni-channel campaign development, execution, and measurement for learnings and impact
- Competency in operating and executing within customer communication platforms like Intercom, Pendo, Chameleon
- Deep experience in reviewing and reporting on data, identifying actionable insights, and applying that into strategy
- Success in fostering collaboration and creating alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing automation systems like Hubspot/Marketo, SFDC, and project management tools like Asana
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting results to an executive team
Responsibilities
- Own driving customer growth through cross-sell and upsell motions utilizing email and in product messaging
- Develop coverage and standardize email and in product touchpoints to develop intent to buy holistically for both marketing and post sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging
- Mature the in product messaging strategy in close collaboration with product on how, what, and when promotional messaging should be shown keeping user experience top of mind
- Collaborate with marketing operations, product, product marketing, and brand studio to test and learn into copy and content that effectively engages and drives outcomes
- Drive understanding and alignment of Lifecycle Marketing expansion program efforts with internal and external stakeholders through reporting and readouts
