Summary
Join Booksy as an Experimentation Lead and contribute to the product vision by developing and executing the overall experimentation strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor Analysts and PMs. This fully remote position requires 5+ years of data analysis experience in a product company and 3+ years in experimentation. You'll need a demonstrated understanding of experimentation and CRO principles, statistical methodologies, and the ability to analyze complex data sets. Strategic thinking and experience managing large-scale experimentation programs are essential. Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive experience in data analysis in product company
- 3+ years of experience in experimentation (practical skills in designing, implementing and interpreting results)
- Demonstrated understanding of experimentation and CRO principles, statistical methodologies (including A/B and multivariate testing)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Strategic thinking to align experimentation with business goals
- Proven track record of managing large-scale experimentation programs, ideally within a product-focused environment
- Knowledge of the technical aspects of web and mobile development
- Proficiency in using specific software for data analysis and experimentation
- Conversational level English language skills
