Requirements

- 8+ years of proven results in product management within fast-paced, agile environments
- 3+ years of experience driving growth for a consumer product with millions of users
- Strong strategic skills, business intuition and user-centric thinking
- Excellent analytical, data-driven decision making, and AB testing skills
- Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science to deliver outstanding results for users and the business
Responsibilities
- Focus on Glassdoorβs notifications product and platform, powering experiences across our consumer and employer products
- Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area, and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and product / company leadership
- Define your key performance indicator(s) that drive company goals, and achieve them
- Make informed, user-centric decisions using quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies)
- Work closely with the UX team to drive user research and testing, and with design to create delightful experiences for our consumers that keep them coming back
- Define and build out the product experience, partnering with design, engineering, data teams, marketing, and external vendors to improve and build new features
- Influence other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes in your area
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with notifications products, ideally in a social network or community product context, is a strong plus

- Base Salary Range*: $152,200 - $202,100
- Annual Bonus Target**: 15%
