Summary

Join Bounteous as an Adobe Target Practitioner to design and implement impactful digital solutions and transformational brand experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, strategy, and development, to support multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
  • Plan, configure, launch, and monitor A/B, multivariate, and automated personalization tests in Adobe Target
  • Develop testing hypotheses informed by data, user research, and business objectives
  • Leverage Auto-Target, Recommendations, and AI-powered personalization capabilities
  • Ensure Adobe Target is properly implemented and integrated with Adobe Analytics and other platforms
  • Work with developers to deploy mbox parameters, profile scripts, and custom code as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues related to test setup, data capture, and reporting
  • Analyze test performance, statistical significance, and lift using Adobe Analytics and other BI tools
  • Present results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders by identifying critical insights from test performance dashboards
  • Partner with marketing, UX, analytics, and development teams to identify optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to experimentation roadmaps and personalization strategies
  • Develop and document processes, playbooks, and QA checklists
  • Educate teams on Adobe Target capabilities and experimentation best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for test setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with data layers, tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium)
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Strong project management and communication skills
