Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of virtual and in-person group facilitation experience
• Experience facilitating group discussions among senior level individuals
• Excellent coaching skills, which include the ability to build rapport, ask powerful questions, and deeply listen to what people are saying & not saying
• Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately diagnose the bright spots/not bright spots of a delivery and give specific feedback re: how to optimize the participant experience
• Solid subject matter expertise in leadership development & adult learning principles
• Detailed oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to grasp and apply new information quickly
• Able to learn new technology quickly

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual, small group discussions (between 8 people) - 50% of your time
• Collaborate with the content development team to develop new leadership programming, tools and resources for our members
• Communicate with users between sessions to understand their needs, ensure they feel connected and are getting value between small group discussions
• Assist in the design and execution of a long term facilitation strategy to ensure effectiveness of programming. Help evaluate program content, assessing results, and implementing enhancements to optimize our programming and deliver it consistently over time
