Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiate financially significant contracts, and oversee execution for leasehold improvements, breakroom infrastructure, and emergency maintenance
  • Oversee budget tracking, vendor payments, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance financial efficiency within the IPD network
  • Own the IPD Hub, ensuring up-to-date documentation, efficient workflows, and adherence to OSHA compliance and audit resolutions
  • Conduct site assessments, define project scopes for national rollouts, and oversee implementation of infrastructure upgrades, branding installations, and facilities asset management
  • Oversee and standardize pest control, cleaning, waste management, and emergency maintenance programs, ensuring swift issue resolution and long-term sustainability
  • Conduct site surveys, recommend strategic facility improvements, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for new operational sites
