Facility Manager

Summary

You will be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations at our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and Last Mile locations (Hubs). Your responsibilities include managing the technical condition of facilities, handling daily operations, ensuring building security, managing stakeholders, and overseeing various projects. This role requires a degree in Facility Management or a related field, or equivalent experience, fluency in German and English, and strong problem-solving skills. Requirements

• You have completed a degree (B.Sc/M.Sc) in Facility Management, Building Technology, Business Administration or similar
• Alternatively, you have been able to gather min. 2 years of experience in Facility Management or a similar position
• You speak fluent German and have very good English skills
• You can grasp suddenly arising problems in the shortest possible time and find solutions for them
• You question the status quo and constantly try to optimize processes and procedures
• You work independently, thoroughly, goal-oriented and hands-on
• You have a driver's license class B and are willing to travel within your region

Responsibilities

• Manage independently and comprehensively several FCs and Hubs in your regional portfolio
• Be the first point of contact for our site management, follow up on requests in our ticket system and ensure regular reporting
• Ensure the execution of necessary maintenance and inspections (tendering, negotiation, award) and take over the master data maintenance
• In order to achieve your goals, you coordinate all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Take responsibility for various projects, such as the implementation of new equipment or launch support for new buildings in your region
