Federal Proposal Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Proposal Manager with 8+ years of Federal proposal experience. You will gather content from various stakeholders, lead solutioning, and present to clients. This is a stable, long-term position (3-5 years) requiring attention to detail and experience with Federal civilian agencies, software development writing, FAR, Shipley Process, and Agile SCRUM. Onsite work in Vienna, VA is required 2-3 days per week. APMP, CSM, and PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather content from project managers, software engineers, CTOs and put together as one and present to the client
• Help lead the solutioning
• Federal civilian agencies proposal writing
• Software development writing
• Shipley Training and conferences
• Understanding and experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
• Understanding and experience with Shipley Process
• Understanding and experience with Agile SCRUM

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification
• CSM (Certified SCRUM Master) certification
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
