Congo Brands is hiring a logistics-oriented Field Marketing Associate to join their LA team. The role involves event support, logistics, and bulk sampling duties. Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have a spotless driving record
• Must be able to lift over 75 pounds
• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator
• DOT and forklift certified (or willingness to become certified as part of job training.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule each month (including some weekends) for large events

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Marketing team with their field marketing sampling duties
• Large event support, serving as the point person for heavy-lifting, event labor, and behind-the-scenes support for event logistics
• Assist Field Marketing team with loading in heavy assets on warehouse delivery days
• Cleaning organizing field assets/tankers/vehicles
• Ensure premises and assets are utilized effectively
• Assist with event setup and breakdown to ensure a premium experience
• Coordinate staff to assist with event setup and teardown
• Communicate with the Field Marketing team to identify and meet market needs
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory
• Prepare accurate reports for management
