Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful events and marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of executing successful events that meet business objectives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail
  • Willingness to travel as required to manage field marketing activities and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans, including but not limited to events, roadshows, seminars, trade shows, and networking opportunities that align with sales objectives
  • Ensure that activities deliver a positive return on investment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market-specific dynamics and opportunities, and create tailored campaigns that are both personal and scalable
  • Develop and implement a strategic events plan that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand strategy
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and onsite execution with the support of an external agency
  • Track, measure, and analyze event performance against defined KPIs, providing reports on ROI and recommendations for future improvements
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives, from initial planning to post-event analysis and reporting
  • Lead the creation of tools and channels to support the sales team in effectively communicating value propositions
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presentation across all field marketing touchpoints
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance field marketing initiatives and the event experience for attendees to maximize engagement
