Summary

Join Starburst as a Director, Field Marketing and build regional programs with sales leadership to drive pipeline growth. You will partner with GTM leadership to develop yearly marketing plans, lead a team in developing regional demand generation plans, and build executive marketing capabilities. Responsibilities include developing and executing customer-driven marketing strategies, working with marketing leadership to build feedback loops, collaborating with product marketing, managing budgets, building vendor relationships, running internal events, and managing and coaching the field marketing team. The role is based in Boston or remotely, with up to 50% travel. Compensation includes a competitive salary, bonus, equity (ISO), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Execution Excellence
  • 15+ years of experience in Field Marketing with 5+ years of experience in leardership
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership to develop yearly plans to build marketing plans that meet/exceed pipeline goals for North American and APAC regions
  • Lead team to develop Regional demand generation plans that include prospects and customer curated programs
  • Build Executive Marketing capabilities through Executive Briefings, working with Customer Marketing on Customer Advisory Board and enhance customer central events
  • Develop and execute customer-driven, regional marketing strategies and programs to increase brand awareness, demand, pipeline, product usage, retention and expansion
  • Work with Marketing leadership to help build a strong feedback loop from field to core marketing functions
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and region-specific content plans
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to enhance execution and maximize sponsorship opportunities
  • Run internal events for Starburst
  • Manage and coach global Field Marketing team to ensure alignment on bringing the Starburst brand to market
