Requirements

- Proven experience in ad tech with a strong understanding of B2B mid-market and enterprise sales and buying behaviors
- Experience leading and scaling go-to-market strategies that directly impact revenue growth
- Strong background in event marketing and managing large-scale events and field campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to drive alignment and results
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimizations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performance marketing team
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead field marketing strategies that support revenue growth, focusing on high-impact regional and vertical-specific campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to execute joint GTM campaigns, leveraging field activities to support pipeline creation and deal acceleration
- Oversee the events marketing team to ensure that events (industry conferences, roundtables, etc.) are effectively driving pipeline and aligned with business goals
- Own and lead the ABM strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to identify and target key enterprise accounts
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns that drive engagement and conversion at every stage of the buyer journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Core Sales, Enterprise, Strategic Partnerships, Growth and product Marketing) to define GTM plans and ensure tight alignment on goals and execution
- Develop scalable GTM motions that maximize pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue growth
- Support revenue teams by delivering targeted field programs that fuel growth across both direct sales and partnerships
- Own and be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets, ensuring that marketing strategies are directly contributing to revenue growth
- Set and manage KPIs related to field marketing and ABM efforts, reporting regularly on campaign performance, ROI, and revenue impact
- Lead and mentor the events marketing team, ensuring that all events and field marketing activities are strategically aligned with broader company goals
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team, driving collaboration and accountability
