Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to drive alignment and results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimizations
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performance marketing team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead field marketing strategies that support revenue growth, focusing on high-impact regional and vertical-specific campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to execute joint GTM campaigns, leveraging field activities to support pipeline creation and deal acceleration
  • Oversee the events marketing team to ensure that events (industry conferences, roundtables, etc.) are effectively driving pipeline and aligned with business goals
  • Own and lead the ABM strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to identify and target key enterprise accounts
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns that drive engagement and conversion at every stage of the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Core Sales, Enterprise, Strategic Partnerships, Growth and product Marketing) to define GTM plans and ensure tight alignment on goals and execution
  • Develop scalable GTM motions that maximize pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue growth
  • Support revenue teams by delivering targeted field programs that fuel growth across both direct sales and partnerships
  • Own and be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets, ensuring that marketing strategies are directly contributing to revenue growth
  • Set and manage KPIs related to field marketing and ABM efforts, reporting regularly on campaign performance, ROI, and revenue impact
  • Lead and mentor the events marketing team, ensuring that all events and field marketing activities are strategically aligned with broader company goals
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, driving collaboration and accountability
