Summary

Join Centric Software as a Field Marketing Manager to oversee marketing activities in the UK, Germany, and Northern European countries within the Food & Beverage, Grocery, Cosmetics, and Personal Care industries. Reporting to the EMEA New Markets Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute regional marketing initiatives, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and drive regional growth. This role demands a strategic thinker and doer capable of managing budgets, vendor relationships, and international teams. The position is home-office-based with occasional travel required, located in either France or the UK. Centric Software offers a dynamic and expanding work environment with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on field marketing
  • Degree in Marketing (Business School or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful regional marketing programs
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce)
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across international teams
  • Willingness to travel for events and activities
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets
  • Languages: English (required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and optimize field marketing strategies and programs that align with Centric Softwareโ€™s business objectives, drive pipeline growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with regional sales goals and priorities
  • Design efficient marketing regional lead generation programs for all industries and countries (both inbound and outbound), measuring ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Regularly deliver reports and use data insights to refine and optimize future initiatives
  • Plan and execute regional marketing tactics to generate meetings with our sales teams such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, seminars and customer-focused activities, overseeing all logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups
  • Build and nurture relationships with regional ecosystems to enhance Centric Softwareโ€™s market presence and brand visibility
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support business goals and maximize impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales and marketing team members) to drive various initiatives to completion

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in additional languages (French or German)
