Requirements

  • Proven track record in field marketing or event management, preferably in B2B SaaS or manufacturing-related industries
  • Outstanding organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience using a platform like HubSpot for managing marketing campaigns, building contact lists, and leveraging automation tools
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and how field marketing drives lead generation and revenue growth
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its unique challenges
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute trade show strategies, including logistics, booth setup, team coordination, and on-site programming
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives
  • Create post-event strategies for lead follow-up and pipeline contribution analysis
  • Partner with AEs and BDRs to organize regional events that engage prospects and customers, such as plant tours, networking events, and tailored industry gatherings
  • Ensure events are aligned with local market needs and sales objectives
  • Manage the planning and execution of customer-centric events, including user group meetings, workshops, and potential conferences
  • Ensure these events enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Develop and manage budgets for trade shows and field marketing programs
  • Optimize event spend to maximize ROI
  • Measure and report on the success of field marketing programs, including their impact on demand generation and pipeline
  • Prepare and present event analysis and insights to leadership
