Summary
Join StimLabs as a Field Reimbursement Manager and leverage your expertise to educate clinicians on reimbursement topics. You will be the regional subject matter expert on reimbursement policies and programs for StimLabs' product portfolio. Responsibilities include providing educational support to customers on billing, coding, and claim submission, coordinating with various teams to monitor reimbursement activities, and communicating payer policy updates. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of healthcare experience are required. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build strong customer relationships are essential. Travel is less than 25%. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, healthcare administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare provider or corporate healthcare setting
- An action-oriented mindset dedicated to helping patients
- Broad knowledge of healthcare documentation practices, medical policy guidelines, compliance, billing, coding and reimbursement related to buy and bill biotechnology, wound care, medical device or DME
- Strong problem solving and business acumen skills with an ability to work independently, manage priorities, and develop strong relationships with customers
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate deep knowledge in reimbursement and market access across the entire portfolio of StimLabs’ products and become the regional subject matter expert on all reimbursement policies and programs
- Provide educational support to new and existing customers on StimLabs’ product reimbursement, including billing, coding, claim form submission, national and local coverage policies, and good clinical documentation
- Coordinate with sales, market access, and insurance verification teams to proactively monitor reimbursement activities and respond to reimbursement needs
- Communicate and explain payer policy updates or system changes that impact access in assigned accounts
- Provide responsive feedback to reimbursement-related issues
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience in reimbursement, billing and coding within the healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, wound care or medical device fields
