Field Service Representative

Summary

Join Floral Image North America, a leading provider of lifelike flower arrangements, as a Sales Representative! You will be responsible for retaining and refreshing existing arrangements, expanding the customer base, and driving sales. This role involves daily driving around Los Angeles, visiting customers, and providing monthly floral arrangement refreshes. You will be provided with a company vehicle and cell phone, and will receive training and support for territory planning, customer service, and technology utilization. This is a remote/from the road position with 100% travel in the LA region, offering a full-time salaried position with dental, medical, and other benefits, as well as commission opportunities.

Requirements

• Self- starter with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport and establish long-term relationships
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Minimum High School/GED Degree
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Support the wider team effort through retaining, refreshing arrangements, and expanding our customer base
• Drive sales, maintain strong customer relationships, and expand their customer base
• Adapt to various client scenarios
• Daily driving around the Los Angeles area and visiting customers
• Provide floral arrangements to customer and refresh them monthly

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
