Summary

Join Ridgeline as a Field Services Enablement Program Manager to support the growing Field Services Enablement function. You will execute Ridgeline Academy, onboard implementation partners, and maintain robust documentation. You will also track partner engagement and certification progress, continuously enhancing the onboarding experience and acting as a key escalation point for Partner Consultants. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, consulting enablement, or product enablement in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to create, manage, and maintain structured documentation and knowledge repositories
  • Familiarity with enablement processes and implementation methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain enablement materials such as implementation guides, onboarding playbooks, and best practices to ensure they remain current and relevant
  • Ensure clear documentation of consulting methodologies and organize them in the enablement repository with proper version control
  • Support updates to consulting processes by tracking team feedback and coordinating implementation
  • Standardize templates for knowledge-sharing to enhance consistency across teams
  • Coordinate the quarterly Ridgeline Academy by scheduling sessions, distributing communications, and gathering attendee feedback
  • Collaborate with the Education Services team to ensure effective program delivery and continued engagement
  • Work with the Partnerships team to onboard partner consultants, ensuring they are fully equipped with the right systems, tools, and resources
  • Track partner engagement and certification progress while continuously enhancing the onboarding experience
  • Act as a key escalation point for Partner Consultants by resolving issues or coordinating resolution pathways

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or enabling services for financial technology or investment management software is a plus
  • Experience working with enablement platforms or learning management systems
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems and experience driving partner success initiatives
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or similar)
