Summary

Join Granicus as a Sales Enablement Program Manager and contribute to the success of our sales team and the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing sales training and development programs that enable our sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves collaborating with sales leadership, product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact training programs, materials, tools, and resources that drive sales performance and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales process best practices, tools, and technologies that drive efficiency and effectiveness. This position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS model, or B2G environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience using sales enablement tools like Gong, Highspot, and Salesloft as well as Salesforce CRM
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
  • Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs, including sales skills development, product training, onboarding, and ongoing education that align with the company's objectives and growth plans
  • Collaborate with sales operations and sales leadership to identify skill gaps, and develop targeted training and coaching programs to address them
  • Create and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, certifications, and other scalable resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily accessible to the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales process best practices, tools, and technologies that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the onboarding curriculum for the sales organization
  • Partner with product management and marketing teams to ensure sales team members have a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and value propositions
  • Tailor content and information to various roles, segments, competencies, and sales motions, as applicable
  • Develop knowledge assessments and certification exams and programs to measure student learning and application
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Engage in structured call listening and call coaching programs, one-to-one coaching, or hand-on coaching and training to support training initiatives, as applicable
