Field Services Manager

Summary

Join Cennox, a global company providing field services, as a Regional Services Manager and lead a team of technicians remotely. This role requires prior management experience and field service experience is highly preferred. The position is remote and requires the candidate to reside in WA, CA, or OR.

Requirements

• Must be a team leader and able to work in a demanding managerial position
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to remotely manage a team of technicians and effectively track their individual progress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate goals and enact action plans
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage timelines and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service skills
• Computer skills including using Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Excel in particular
• Profit and loss statement experience
• Regional budgeting experience
• Ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate company databases
• Have mechanical/technological/electrical aptitude
• 2+ years experience in a managerial position, required
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
• Vision correctable to 20/20
• Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage
• Requires 20-30% travel with overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to your team of technicians while keeping your region on track to meet regular production goals
• Be responsible for overseeing operational expenses and meeting monthly budget goals by enacting cost-effective production action plans

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the field service industry, highly preferred
