Summary

Join RELEX Solutions as a Field Strategist and support Account Executives in developing account roadmaps and deal strategies. Evangelize the RELEX product offering to prospective customers in retail and manufacturing. Support the Account Executive in qualifying new opportunities and participate in needs analysis, requirements gathering, and business case creation. Leverage your retail and manufacturing industry knowledge to position the RELEX solution effectively. Collaborate with prospects to create business cases and ROI models, presenting them at all organizational levels. This fully remote position requires approximately 50% travel within the West Region of North America.

Requirements

  • Broad industry expertise in retail and/or manufacturing
  • Detailed understanding of retail and/or manufacturing business process and application landscapes
  • In-depth knowledge of competitors
  • Experience building business cases and ROI models
  • Possess leadership skills and a willingness to mentor peers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Value selling โ€“ translate the prospectโ€™s issues/pain points to the value and ROI RELEX will deliver
  • Flexible and adaptable approach โ€“ being able to communicate advanced logic to a broad audience
  • Comfort with travel across the US and Canada when needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop account roadmaps and deal strategies
  • Evangelize the RELEX product offering and value proposition to prospective customers in the retail and manufacturing industries
  • Support the Account Executive in qualifying new opportunities
  • Detailed needs analysis and requirements gathering
  • Defining winning themes
  • Creating the business case
  • Responding to RFx
  • Collaborating with Solution Principals on use cases and solution demonstrations
  • Creating and delivering presentations at various levels of the organization including the C-level suite
  • Translating the prospectโ€™s needs to the value the underlying RELEX solution offering can enable
  • Collaborating with the prospect to create a business case and ROI model and presenting this at all levels of the organization
  • Work closely with the Account Executive and Solution Principal to determine the best approach for the prospect
  • Directly responsible for Strategic Value Assessment/Business Case activities and deliverables
  • Playing a critical supporting role in Live Pilot, X-Ray Analysis and Demo
  • Utilize the bank of material available, while also being able to create variations and slides/material unique to certain customer/prospect engagements
  • Presenting to all levels of an organization from business users, stakeholders to the C-level suite
  • Supporting detailed needs analysis and demonstration sessions as well as delivering the value assessment/ROI results to prospects
  • Supporting the Account Management team in presenting to existing customers in the semi-annual business reviews
  • Assisting in identifying best fit references with current customers
  • Work closely with Presales Analytics team as it relates to RFx responses as well as X-Ray (Proof of Concept) projects
  • Make best use of new features and help contextualize them within a sellable product to the potential customers
