Requirements

• University or College degree in the field of Accounting and Finance
• Accounting and finance experience of minimum of 3 years in a similar role and environment
• Good knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
• English language - Proficiency
• MS Excel / Google Sheets - Proficiency
• Proactive and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping of source data in accounting system
• Manage and complete bank reconciliations
• Execute assigned controls in accordance with the Group Internal Control System
• Review of expense documents submitted to Expense Management System for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with internal and external service providers regarding payments and documentation via chat, email, and shared mailbox management
• Reconciliation of blockchain transactions
• Archive, organize, and label bank ledgers, account statements, and portfolio reports efficiently
• Payments execution and associated processes
• Support the Finance team in preparing weekly management reports
• Support in preparing information to be delivered to auditors
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations
• Complete ad-hoc tasks promptly and provide support to other departments

Preferred Qualifications

ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA qualifications or ongoing certification
