Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• At least 2-3 years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst
• Experience in fixed asset accounting
• Experience working with accounting software (SAP, MS Business Central, or other ERP systems)
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial analysis tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and ensure timely preparation of financial reports
• Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records of all fixed assets
• Conducting regular inventories of fixed assets
• Calculating depreciation for all fixed assets
• Collaborating closely with the procurement department
• Analyzing existing asset management processes
• Analysis and control of accounts receivable/payable related to the purchase/sale of non-current assets, inventory, and low-value items
• Working closely with IT and operations departments
• Preparing regular reports on fixed assets
• Collaborating with auditors during internal and external audits
