Join Brand Momentum as an Accounting Intern in Mississauga, Ontario for a temporary, full-time position from August to December. You will assist with data entry, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes. The role also involves preparing financial reports, reviewing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting audits. Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Help prepare financial reports and documentation
• Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents
• Organize and maintain financial records, both physical and digital
• Assist with audits, reporting, and other projects as needed
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Finance department
