Summary

Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or financial analysis role
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Strong financial modeling experience, with the ability to build robust models from scratch
- Experience leading financial projects and implementing new tools
- Affinity for financial tools and systems, with hands-on experience in NetSuite and Abacum
- Strong data analysis skills β ability to work with large datasets and drive insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner to key business units, providing financial insights and recommendations
- Lead financial projects, from process improvements to new system implementations
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Optimize and automate financial reporting using advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing key financial and operational metrics
- Support P&L management, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability
- Implement and enhance financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite and Abacum
- Conduct variance analysis, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management
- Ensure financial compliance and contributing to process improvements across the organization
