Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or financial analysis role
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Strong financial modeling experience, with the ability to build robust models from scratch
  • Experience leading financial projects and implementing new tools
  • Affinity for financial tools and systems, with hands-on experience in NetSuite and Abacum
  • Strong data analysis skills – ability to work with large datasets and drive insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to key business units, providing financial insights and recommendations
  • Lead financial projects, from process improvements to new system implementations
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
  • Optimize and automate financial reporting using advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing key financial and operational metrics
  • Support P&L management, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability
  • Implement and enhance financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite and Abacum
  • Conduct variance analysis, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure financial compliance and contributing to process improvements across the organization
