Summary

Join dLocal as a Finance Business Partner – Senior Analyst and contribute to the financial success of a global fintech company. You will work closely with the commercial team, providing financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making. Responsibilities include profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, building dashboards and reports, clarifying business cases, collaborating with other finance teams, and participating in performance reviews. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or similar roles
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and explain financial data
  • Experience working with commercial or operational teams to support decision-making
  • Proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail and business curiosity
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial team and other business stakeholders by providing financial analysis and insights that guide decision-making
  • Perform profitability analysis by product, client, and geography, helping to uncover key drivers and highlight improvement opportunities
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance and KPIs
  • Help clarify complex or ambiguous business cases by connecting financial and operational data
  • Collaborate with the FP&A and Controlling teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
  • Participate in performance reviews, providing clear and concise financial narratives

Preferred Qualifications

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus
