Summary
Join DoiT as a Sr. Financial Analyst, GTM and help shape the future of our business. This high-impact role involves working closely with senior leaders in Sales and Marketing, turning data into strategic action. You will lead performance analysis, align forecasting, and track KPIs to guide departmental planning and execution. You'll provide decision support through ROI analysis, business case modeling, and real-time analytics dashboards. You will play a key role in high-impact projects, from M&A initiatives to automation and system implementations. This position requires a collaborative mindset, sharp financial acumen, and a love for data analysis. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast but remote work is possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CFA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance / FP&A experience at a SaaS company
- Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with business leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606) principles
- Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization
- Exceptional excel/financial modeling skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight
- Analytical aptitude with keen attention to detail and insatiable curiosity to learn
- Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential
- Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across Sales and Marketing—fostering alignment between departmental priorities and overall company objectives
- Lead recurring performance reviews with department heads to enhance visibility, transparency, and accountability across the business
- Own and manage the full departmental P&L, ensuring budget adherence and surfacing opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Align departmental forecasts with company-wide financial goals, proactively identifying risks, gaps and opportunities to hit strategic targets
- Provide robust financial guidance through ROI analysis and business case modeling to drive data-informed decision-making
- Monitor and analyze key SaaS performance metrics including ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn, Gross/Net Revenue Retention, Cost to Serve, and Customer Conversion Rates—translating trends into actionable insights
- Partner with Sales to build accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts, support go-to-market strategy, and evaluate performance against unit economics and market ROI benchmarks
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools to empower stakeholders with timely, actionable insights
- Collaborate with Business Operations and Engineering teams to automate reporting workflows, ensuring consistent and scalable access to financial and operational metrics
- Support the broader Finance team with FP&A cycles, month-end close, ad hoc financial modeling, and strategic reporting to inform executive and board-level decision-making
- Lead or support financial modeling and due diligence for M&A activities, including post-acquisition integration and performance tracking
- Contribute to enterprise-level finance system implementations, helping define business requirements to meet business needs
- Champion automation and process improvements across the FP&A function to drive accuracy, scalability, and speed in planning and reporting
- Establish and maintain clear, scalable processes and documentation to support long-term operational success
