Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, analysis, and controls to ensure timely and accurate financial information
• Optimize financial operations and processes to support the company’s growth, including accounting, auditing, cash flow, and tax compliance
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including those related to cash flow, regulatory compliance, and international operations
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements, including audits and tax filings
• Lead legal, regulatory, commercial, and financial contracting
