Requirements

• Bsc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets or financial management software is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, with a drive to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions
• Reconcile and validate payment and invoice data
• Prepare basic financial reports for management review, such as sales summaries, cost analysis, and inventory finance tracking
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
• Assist with documentation, payment tracking, and query resolution for suppliers and customers
• Contribute to identifying ways to optimize current processes related to offline transactions, cash handling, and reporting
• Ensure all files and documents comply with company accounting standards and relevant policies
