Finance Manager

Summary

Join Experian as a Financial Analyst, reporting to the Finance Director. You will be a key partner, providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting support for Experian North America. Responsibilities include managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting, and quarterly business updates. You will design insightful reports, develop P&L analytics, and provide financial modeling support. Continuous improvement and standardization in reporting are also key aspects of this role. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
• Experience with continuous improvement and process efficiency
• Experience developing predictive analyses and using large data sets
• Proficiency with analytical tools Hyperion SmartView, Tableau and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, organizing, and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting and quarterly business updates
• Form timelines, templates and internal review materials
• Design reports that give valuable understanding of historical and future financial projections that support decision making and could lead to actionable opportunities
• Develop P&L analytics to leverage data and identify important insights and opportunities
• Provide financial modeling and analytical support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests
• Promote continuous improvement and standardization in reporting through new tools, dashboards, and processes to achieve scalable analysis and insight
