Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a global, diverse organization
- Demonstrated success leading projects with multi-function stakeholders and teams
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Chief of Staff in managing the organizationโs operational rhythm, allowing for transparency, consistency, and proactive planning and execution
- Assist in designing and driving the Finance teamโs strategic plans, portfolio and budget planning, and business and people strategy reviews
- Assist in managing cross functional projects and transformational activities for the organization
- Manage the strategic project portfolio ensuring projects have clear milestones, KPIs, value and impact metrics
- Manage the transformation roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, and project timeline
- Assist with driving transformation initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes, leveraging best practices
- Collaborate with finance senior management and a cross functional network of stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation, and optimization
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Finance. Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies for cost/benefit potential

- Strong project management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple projects within different geographic regions simultaneously
- Disciplined execution skills with focus to ensure results and impact are delivered
- Team player that can collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focus on crisp, concise, and effective communication
- Ability to build trust and partnering relationships with internal / external stakeholders of all levels
- Superior organizational skills with commitment to delivering a high-quality work product
- Ability to ideate, test, iterate and implement new initiatives with a keen focus on change management
