Summary

Join RSI Security as their experienced Finance Manager to lead and elevate their financial operations. This key leadership role ensures the company’s financial health and reporting integrity. The ideal candidate will manage AR, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting, working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in financial data and maintain healthy cash flow. You will drive process improvements using various systems and report directly to the Managing Director. This is a remote-friendly position offering a competitive salary and bonus potential. The role requires strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and experience with various finance technologies. Requirements

  • 6–10 years in accounting, controllership, or financial management
  • Strong command of GAAP and QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with TriNet, Bill.com, PandaDoc, and other finance tech tools
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and hold team members accountable (LMA experience)
  • Strategic thinking with excellent communication and follow-through
  • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing or consulting environments
  • Comfort working within the EOS framework (Scorecards, Rocks, L10s)

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
  • Own seat-level measurables and quarterly goals (Rocks)
  • Oversee AR, bookkeeping, and payroll functions (LMA leadership role)
  • Approve and validate payroll, commissions, and bonuses via TriNet
  • Validate consultant billable hours from Mavenlink and oversee revenue assurance
  • Manage and improve processes across platforms like Bill.com, PandaDoc, Tallie, QuotaPath, and Asana
  • Lead annual financial audits, 1099 prep, and tax reporting
  • Solve finance-related issues through structured EOS meetings (L10s and IDS)
  • Maintain and refine SOPs across the financial toolset

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA preferred (not required)
  • Ownership-first mentality—sees the big picture and takes accountability
  • Process-oriented, not just task-driven
  • Clear communicator who leads with consistency and transparency
  • Protects confidentiality and operates with financial integrity
  • Proactive problem-solver who uses the IDS model (Identify, Discuss, Solve)
