Finance Manager

Summary

Join toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company, as a Finance Manager for one of our clients in the iGaming industry! This full-time role, based remotely or in Limassol, Cyprus, involves managing budgeting, controlling, FP&A, financial modeling, and investment analysis. You will collaborate with external auditors, optimize reports, and develop company policies. The position reports to the Head of Finance and requires 3+ years of finance experience. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and communication skills and knowledge of IFRS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance roles
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Upper Intermediate English
• Collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a high aptitude to learn new things

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, controlling, FP&A
• Financial modeling and investment analysis
• Collaborating with external auditors and advisers
• Optimization of existing reports and controlling instruments \ business process optimization
• Development and improvement of policies and procedures
• Control over payment processes of the company
• Accompany payroll process of the company (all together with Accountants and outsourced consultants)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big4 companies will be an advantage
• ACCA or CIMA certification will be a plus
• MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Tableau \ Power BI is desirable
