Finance Operations Intern

Join our team as a Finance & Operations Intern and contribute to the growth of Kiln, the leading enterprise-grade staking platform. This full-time internship (6 months) is based in Paris or willing to move to the Paris area, with a starting salary of 1200€/month.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of financial modeling & KPIs/reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Technology
• Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Assist in recording and reconciling cryptocurrency revenue transactions
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements
• Help with forecasting & budgeting
• Utilize financial data to create internal reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance
• Prepare detailed reports for customers regarding their staking activity and reward statements
• Address any customer inquiries related to invoicing and financial data
• Assist in the customer invoicing process, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Contribute to financial negotiations for contracts
• Assist with project work to support sales operations, risk management, and other teams internally
