Strategy and Operations Intern

Join Pennylane, a fast-growing FinTech company in France, as a Strategy & Ops Intern to help build the most efficient and effective Sales team in Europe. As an intern, you will participate in project deployment, strategic thinking, and data analysis to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the operational deployment of new strategic projects (e.g., a new pricing grid; opening new acquisition channels; reorganizing the Sales team)
• Contribute to strategic thinking on commercial strategy (e.g., improving sales performance, reorganizing commercial teams)
• Ensure project implementation until its perfect adoption by sales teams
• Improve existing processes to maximize the efficiency and productivity of our commercial teams
• Participate in managing sales team requests (arrival of a new salesperson, setting up their agenda for meetings)
• Analyze commercial performance and help take data-driven decisions
• Be a daily support for commercial teams (e.g., helping them understand CRM tools, adjusting CRM data)
• Prepare animations for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
