Support strategic financial initiatives, focusing on fundraising, financial planning, and investor engagement. This equity-only compensated role requires 7+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or startup finance, a proven track record in fundraising, and advanced financial modeling expertise. You will lead fundraising efforts, conduct market analysis, develop financial forecasts, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or startup finance
• Proven track record in successful fundraising campaigns
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling and startup valuation methods
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Deep understanding of startup financial ecosystems
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial information
